Macmillan Coffee morning – Friday 29th September
School are keen to raise money to support the amazing Macmillan charity, therefore we will be holding a coffee morning on Friday 29th September from 9am until 10am in the top hall.
As we did last year, we will be holding a ‘Bake Off’. Therefore we would like the ‘bakers’ out there to bake some cakes and donate them to our coffee morning. These treats will then be used as prizes for our ‘cake raffles’ and Bingo games. During the morning we will also be playing a couple of games of bingo.
As we are holding a Bake Off, if any children/families want to enter the competition, entries will need to be brought in on Friday morning and put on the table in the top hall. We would also be grateful for any donations of premade cakes and/or bingo prizes. Any donations would be gratefully welcomed by Thursday morning please.
If children would like to purchase a cake during the day they will need to bring in 50p please.
This is a lovely way of support Macmillan but also gives us the opportunity to have a catch up and a chat over a brew.
