Mae dau gwrs ar gael: (O 10am tan 3pm) 6 a 7 Awst a 17 a 18 Awst FRIENDS Adult Resilience – Cliciwch Yma | For any parent/carer aged 16+. This programme teaches older adolescents and adults the skills to recognise and manage anxiety, take care of their emotional wellbeing, and face challenges. Presented by East CAMHS School In-Reach Service 🌿 Boost Your Wellbeing Take time to focus on your mental health in a supportive, empowering environment. The Programme 💡 About the Course Learn practical coping strategies to build resilience, manage stress, and improve wellbeing. 👨👩👧 Great for Parents/carers
